Prices per person per night include:

• bath linen;
• bed linen;
• kitchen linen ;
• consumption of electricity, gas and water;

The final cleaning fee is of 40 euros (not included in the above-mentioned prices).

During the winter, or when it will be necessary by the weather conditions, or when requested the apartments' heating will be actived. The heating have a forfait fee per week (not included in the above-mentioned prices).
