In the middle temple of Mnajdra, on one of the upright megaliths forming the entrance of the second interior apse, is a graffito showing the facade of a temple. At Mnajdra none of the surviving facades resemble this engraving. But a tiny limestone model (seen if you click on the small photo below), found at Ta' Hagrat site at Mgarr, closely resembles this engraving. |
