Miss Italia nel Mondo 1999 is Ambra Gullà, from Etiopie, 20 years old, born in Addis Abeba on 19 july 1979, a good resemblance with ex Miss Italy "exotic", the italo-dominican Denny Mendez.

Ambra's father, Umberto, is originary of Calabria, and mother Maria Rosa of Sardegna.
Ambra have a brother and a sister.
Grandfather and grandmother of miss are emigrated in Etiopie in Italian occupation. Ambra love read, design and cook.

First runner-up is VITA ANGLICKAITE, of lituania, 22 years old.

Ambra get a final scientific examination diploma; at the moment she study "Odontoiatria" (dentist diploma). She speaks english, "amarico" and italian. She have partecipate at the pagaent for having a distinct experience.

Her hobbies are th lecture, the design, a kitchen and painting. Her dreams is to live in Galapagos, but at the moment she live in Rome, when she has taked for worked.
