Caristopher's Homepage... Caris Arkin has been residing in Italy for more than 15 years now.  A diligent recluse in a tiny town Somewhere beyond Assisi. This web-site is back up again, and.....dare i say... in a somewhat constant state of rejuvenation. "Caris"  is probably best known for his soulsearching songs incorporating elements of ethnic, world and even trip-hop musics, bound by a solid yet adventurous rhythmic backdrop... MiCapisce??? He's also a (pardon the term... ) horsewhisperer.Yo"Zeke !" What's Happening ??? Already somewhat notorious for his almost impossible to find recordings, "the Unstoppable Train" & "The Diving Horse", 'cristofer' is heading into the summer of 2008 by readying the re-re-Relelease of not one but 3 CDs! Caris more-or-less finished work on       THE DIVING HORSE in 2000, and was working with French producer JeanMarieBenjamin on a new solo album,"City of Dreamers" when he was suddenly struck by a speeding car while crossing the street in Perugia. After several years interspersed with appearances for Amnesty International and the yearly festival for The United Artists for Peace... He's back on the track with   TARTUFO DOGS.
